Colle dell’Asinello is the exclusive luxury villa in Umbria, the green heart of Italy.
It has a beautiful private Spa with heated swimming pool.
The house is located in a panoramic position, surrounded by 10 hectares of totally fenced private park where deer, goats and donkeys live in harmony among fragrant plants and old trees.
The villa accommodates up to 14 guests in elegant rooms and thanks to more than 500 square meters, offers also the right space for relaxation: a large living room with an impressive stone arch, lounge area with sofa and TV, Internet wi-fi, hi-fi system and equipped with everything needed for a holiday in full independence.
It has a beautiful private Spa with heated swimming pool.

- Unique design: the villa is fully furnished in wood and stones and the six rooms have a very special style. One room is different from the other and each one has a different theme. It creates a magic and dreamy atmosphere;
- Swimming pool heating with 30 ° C hot water, to enjoy the pleasure of a relaxing hot bath (even in the coldest months), free h24 use. And...Mini pool Jacuzzi with hot water heated to 34 °C. The swimming pool and the jacuzzi are both facing a breathtaking view;
- Private Spa: steam grotto with chromotherapy and the tropical shower aromas and perfumes. The Spa is entirely structured in wood and stones to be in tune with the other spaces; You can also ask for spa treatments as manual massage and you will have a professional directly in the villa;
- The kitchen: is equipped with everything needed for a holiday in full independence and has hob, large fridge, pantry, dishwasher, oven, coffee makers and all the necessary;
- The position: Colle dell'Asinello is located about 2 km from the small village of Guardea and just a few km from cities such as Orvieto, Todi and Amelia. They are all place you have absolutely to visit if you come in this area of Italy. The villa is also 1 hour and a half away from Rome so you can easily visit the Eternal City during your journey;
